For inspiration, information, comparison and reservations, the smartphone has become the new travel companion for tourists. Thanks to the smartphone, we can access all the information useful to the purchasing and visiting process while traveling, wherever we are and at any time, and the tourism sector is no exception to this trend. At the same time, improving the welcome and experience of visitors is a real lever for attractiveness. For this we are developing at The Keepers an innovative digital solution via a French innovation to improve the tourist experience by allowing them to stay connected. We have developed a phone charging station service for visitors to tourist sites: Keeper Flash.
In order to improve the attractiveness and reception of the public, we have developed our phone charging station the [Keeper Flash] (flash) based on the specifications of our customers, in order to best respond to the needs and problems related to comfort and safety. Thanks to field observation, we noticed a gap in existing charging locker solutions. Also, to meet all smartphone charging needs, we have designed our terminal with two parts:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: visitors' phones are safely placed during charging
Flash&Use - Outdoor charging cables: visitors can use their phone while charging
This hybrid solution makes it possible to improve service for all users in a secure manner, both those who do not have their cable with them but also those wishing to keep their phone during charging time.
All-inclusive quality of service: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always functional, your teams have absolutely nothing to do and are not requested.
Maximum security: To ensure the safety of phones inside the charging lockers:
Hybrid use: possibility of leaving your phone in the secure charging lockers (Flash&Go), but also of charging via external charging cables (Flash&Use) for those who wish to continue using their phone while charging (50%)
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to allow you to measure the correct sizing of the service; [survey module] (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with users and collect their opinions.

Free 24/7 telephone assistance directly on the machine to offer a completely autonomous service. Your teams are therefore not called upon.
A question asked at the end of use which allows you to carry out studies whose results are reported to you monthly. The responses are collected directly (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), so the user is better able to give their opinion.
